Our most anticipated technology – HyperCharging – a charger that allows a 200kWh battery pack to charge in less than 10 minutes is nearing its final phases prior to release, with a first vehicle being built by Silex (image in previous post is of the actual prototype) with HyperCharging capability rolling out in 2016. During 2016 we will start looking for locations for installation of prototype HyperCharging stations. We are already in discussions with a number of entities and companies, and we would like to hear from you if you have some suggestions and or locations.

HyperCharging will be an open platform charging system, and we are willing to discuss with automotive manufacturers the deployment of HyperCharging technology for their future EVs. Indeed, HyperCharging is definitely our most anticipated and revolutionary technology, and soon you will see it in action.

As for Chreos, the vehicle is still scheduled for production, but due to recent developments in technologies from competition and also an increased effort from major automotive manufacturers in the EV market, we are redesigning and bettering the vehicle. For the time being the technologies and enhancements are under wraps and no additional information will be disclosed.
